Someform Studio Slips into the Hyperslide for Hyperice and Nike

Building upon their standout visual collaboration on the innovative Hyperboot, Berlin-based CG and design powerhouse someform Studio has re-teamed with recovery specialists Hyperice and athletic giant Nike. This time, the creative collective has turned its attention to a much calmer, ultra-comfortable landscape: the global visual launch campaign for the newly introduced Air Zoom Hyperslide.

Unveiled as part of an expansive rollout, the comprehensive campaign designed and produced by someform encompasses a relaxed, laid-back 30-second hero animation, a collection of abstract motion vignettes tailored for social media distribution, and a complete suite of polished product and retail stills. The resulting visual narrative captures the essence of modern footwear design blended with cutting-edge wellness technology, translated entirely through the lens of sophisticated computer-generated artistry.

The footwear at the center of the campaign, the Hyperslide, represents a unique convergence of athletic performance and physical recovery. It combines low-profile Nike Air Zoom cushioning with advanced Hyperice recovery technology, a pairing engineered to deliver targeted heat and vibration across the top of the foot. This integrated system is designed to help reduce daily tension, relax tired feet, and actively support everyday recovery for athletes and active individuals alike.

To visually translate these complex physiological and ergonomic features without relying on literal or clinical demonstrations, the creative team at someform devised a series of abstract motion concepts. These conceptual visualizations represent cushioning, vibration, and thermal warmth, bringing them together in a fluid, continuous edit that is driven entirely by the intrinsic design language of the product itself.

The aesthetic of the Hyperslide leans heavily into a sleek, futuristic design ethos, elegantly draped in a versatile, sand-colored finish. This muted monochromatic palette served as the fundamental baseline for the campaign’s overall color design, establishing a subtle yet effective visual contrast. Glowing red hues punctuate the scenes, specifically engineered to emphasize the active heat function of the integrated Hyperslide Pod, drawing the viewer’s eye to the technological heart of the recovery slide.

Behind the scenes, the ambitious project was brought to life through a coordinated international effort between the partnering brands and the studio’s specialized production team. The client side was spearheaded by Hyperice Creative Director Anthony Katz, alongside Motion Director Christopher Sims and Motion Design Manager Brian Adsit.

Production duties were handled entirely by someform Studio, with a core team comprising Helge Kiehl, Matthias Winckelmann, Jacqui Munoz, Julius Steinhauser, Levi Kosters, and Remo Gambacciani, operating under the guidance of Producer Angelika Wdowiak. The atmospheric, polished soundscape accompanying the visuals was crafted by audio production house Zelig Sound, rounding out a holistic sensory presentation for the brand-new Nike and Hyperice offering.
