Photographers and videographers utilizing cameras from L-mount Alliance members—including Leica, Panasonic, and Sigma—will soon have access to four full-frame, autofocus-enabled prime lenses that prioritize lightweight portability and remarkably low price points without sacrificing essential optical performance.
The rollout includes four distinct focal lengths that cover everything from ultra-wide vistas to classic standard perspectives: the 14mm f/4, 20mm f/2.8, 40mm f/2.5, and 50mm f/2. Having previously established a strong presence among Sony E-mount users, these lenses maintain their core identity in their new mount iterations, offering full-frame image circle coverage, built-in autofocus motors, and physical footprints that keep camera rigs light and agile.
According to Viltrox, the addition of these four optics marks a deliberate continuation of the company’s broader effort to expand its support for the L-mount alliance.
